Novato Little League North's Umpire Excellence Program provides a unique opportunity for adults and league age 12+ youth to master the art of umpiring while earning good money!

Shepherded by Ian Jacobs—a member of the Federation of Umpires—the Umpire Excellence Program focuses on the training and development of NLLN's umpires, who provide a critical service to our league. Being an NLLN umpire is a rewarding experience and is a great paying job for kids.

In the past, umpiring was only available to those children league age 13+. The UEP will now accept motivated league age 12 year-olds who wish to start their training early.

NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY. THIS PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO PROVIDE THE EXPERIENCE!
