Intermediate 50/70 Division

The Intermediate Division is typically comprised of league-age 13-year-olds who have aged out of traditional Little League.
Playing on a field that measures 50 feet from the front of the pitcher's rubber to the back of home plate and 70 feet between bases, the division helps players transition from a smaller Little League field (46ft/60ft) on their way to the full-sized (60ft/90ft) field used in Babe Ruth, High School, College and the Pros. Certain rules changes also occur at this level of play—for example, lead-offs are allowed.
Unlike our other divisions, Intermediate has a very limited age eligibility range and NLLN typically only fields a single team comprised of drafted players.
